Manufactured as a standardized product in a factory Invinitys vanadium flow batteries dont degrade wont catch fire and can be operated continuously from full charge to full discharge for 25 has 75 megawatt-hours of its modular battery systems in 82 projects across 15 countries - more than any other company in the space. Management Accountant

Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our UK finance team. This is a global role providing financial management reporting and analysis support across our UK and North American operations. The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in IFRS excellent analytical skills and the drive to progress within a fast-paced international business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the FP&A function in preparing annual budgets and regular forecasts.
Deliver monthly management accounts variance analysis and KPI reporting to stakeholders.
Develop and enhance financial models and analytical tools to support forecasting and decision-making.
Prepare and post journal entries across UK and North American entities in line with IFRS.
Lead on consolidation processes including elimination entries and group reporting.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany and inventory accounts.
Assist with the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements with notes.
Maintain audit-ready working papers and schedules supporting both internal and external audit.
Respond to audit queries and prepare deliverables for annual audit reviews.
Draft technical accounting papers for complex transactions and accounting judgements.
Provide financial data to support tax compliance (corporate and sales taxes) across all entities.
Requirements
- ACA ACCA or equivalent qualification with 12 years post-qualification experience.
- Preferred previous experience in public practice ideally with a Big 4 or other reputable audit firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and the ability to interpret complex contracts.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools ERP systems and financial modelling is advantageous.
- Experience working in or auditing a publicly listed company is highly desirable.
- Experience reconciling inventory accounts in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- A collaborative approach strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
