Proposed Roster - Male SW - 22 hours per

Key duties include:

  • Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within the home and community;
  • Supporting customers to engage in community-based activities;
  • Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customers life goals;
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
  • Administration duties expense and mandatory reports.

What youll need

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;
  • Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
  • Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
  • Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
  • Ability to manage situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
  • A Valid drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activs motor vehicle allowance rebate).
