Were Looking For a Technical Sourcer
Were seeking a Technical Sourcer to help us identify attract and engage top tech talent across Latin America. Youll be a key part of the recruiting team partnering closely with recruiters hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and build high-quality pipelines for engineering and product roles.
This role is ideal for someone who loves research tools and outreach and who wants to deepen their expertise in technical recruiting within a growing company.
What Youll Be Doing

Build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates for technical roles across multiple technologies (e.g. Backend Frontend DevOps Data)

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies

Use Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and other platforms to identify top talent

Engage with passive candidates through compelling and personalized messaging

Maintain data integrity in our ATS (Manatal) and track outreach performance

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing processes tools and market insights

Stay up to date with industry trends and sourcing best practices
What You Bring
-
2-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting (in-house or agency)

Understanding of technical roles stacks and engineering profiles

Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Boolean search and ATS systems

English level: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (B2) with strong written communication skills

Passion for candidate experience and quality over quantity

Proactivity organization and curiosity to experiment with new sourcing techniques
