Were Looking For a Technical Sourcer

Were seeking a Technical Sourcer to help us identify attract and engage top tech talent across Latin America. Youll be a key part of the recruiting team partnering closely with recruiters hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and build high-quality pipelines for engineering and product roles.

This role is ideal for someone who loves research tools and outreach and who wants to deepen their expertise in technical recruiting within a growing company.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates for technical roles across multiple technologies (e.g. Backend Frontend DevOps Data)

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies

  • Use Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and other platforms to identify top talent

  • Engage with passive candidates through compelling and personalized messaging

  • Maintain data integrity in our ATS (Manatal) and track outreach performance

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing processes tools and market insights

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and sourcing best practices

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting (in-house or agency)

  • Understanding of technical roles stacks and engineering profiles

  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Boolean search and ATS systems

  • English level: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (B2) with strong written communication skills

  • Passion for candidate experience and quality over quantity

  • Proactivity organization and curiosity to experiment with new sourcing techniques
