What You Get:

Weekly Pay: $1500$1600 average (more for OTR drivers)
Load Pay: 27% of linehaul
Sign-On Bonus: $5000 total
- $1500 after first delivery
- $1500 after 6 months
- $2000 after 1 year

Job Details:

Home Time: Every weekend
Freight: 4050% tarped loads
Routes: Regional (five-state radius)
Schedule: MondayFriday home Friday night or Saturday AM
Equipment: New Freightliner Cascadia & KW T680 (fridge inverter APU)

Requirements:

1 year of verifiable OTR in last 5 years
At least 6 months flatbed experience with steel or coils
No more than 1 at-fault accident (last 3 years)
Max 3 moving violations (last 3 years) only 1 major allowed
Max 6 jobs in past 3 years (required for bonus eligibility)
No safety-related terminations
Must pass DOT urine drug test
No failed/refused DOT drug tests ever
No SAP drivers

Orientation & Training:

Orientation includes hotel meals and travel (airfare rental or reimbursement)
Solo hotel room provided
