Job Summary:

LPN/LVN (Primary Care)

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Primary Care provides direct and indirect patient care in an outpatient setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant or Physician. The LPN/LVN supports the delivery of safe efficient and high-quality healthcare by assisting with patient assessments administering medications performing procedures and coordinating patient flow. This role emphasizes health promotion chronic disease management and patient education in a team-based environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience within specialty required
AHA BLS certification required
MT state license or compact license required
No locals/75 miles radius rule
