Solution Delivery Specialist
Fixed term for 3 years
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Wellington
NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of $100759 for this role which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. While remuneration rates are set to reflect that we are a humanitarian not for profit organisation we believe our employee leave provision and flexible working arrangements provide a highly rewarding work experience.

This role is for someone whos done a bit of everything in IT solution design integration delivery maybe even some project or business analysis and discovered that their sweet spot is solving real problems with practical elegant tech. Youre not chasing titles or the biggest paycheque. Youre looking for meaningful work a great team and the chance to build things that matter.
In this role you will:
- Design and deliver secure scalable and sustainable technology solutions that align with our Digital Blueprint and business goals.
- Work closely with development and business teams to deliver fit-for-purpose unified and integrated solutions for our Red Cross people.
- Translate business needs into technical outcomes and help make them real.
- Build robust integrations across systems and platforms with an eye on reusability and future flexibility.
- Collaborate with analysts developers testers vendors and project managers to keep delivery moving.
- Contribute to data migration transformation and testing activities.
- Provide technical input into business requirements non-functional requirements and solution validation.
- Share knowledge support capability building and help us continuously improve how we work.
Who are we looking for M wai te mahi nei
To be successful you will have:
- 5 years in solution design systems integration or technical delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 Azure).
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
- Exposure to business analysis project coordination and change delivery.
- Bonus points for experience with data architecture migration and testing.
