Join our team as Sales Coordinator - Leisure!

As Sales Coordinator - Leisure we rely on you to:

  • Consolidate and maintain all required reports (daily weekly and monthly) for the Corporate and Leisure Sales teams.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Leisure client database and assist the Leisure Sales team with market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and monitor Leisure Team sales activities against set targets ensuring an efficient tracking system for all paperwork proposals and contracts.
  • Prepare track and follow up on all leisure sales proposals agreements and promotional offers ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in organizing site inspections ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients and partners.
  • Champion Shangri-Las loyalty programs engaging with clients to maximize participation and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings managing documents and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts related to leisure promotions including email campaigns and social media support.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Hospitality Sales or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination reservations or hospitality sales preferably in the leisure travel sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservations leisure travel trends and tour operator partnerships is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
