TDC is a residential facility located in Northwest Ohio. We support youth aged 10-17 and adults with developmental disabilities. We have a large rural campus which provides opportunities for our residents to be active in addition to being part of our community. Our direct care staff and nurses provide 24/7 care to the individuals who call TDC home. We focus on support and stabilization so our individuals can integrate into an environment that best meets their wants and needs.
Under the administrative direction of the Superintendent the Support Services & Business Office Administrator plans directs and coordinates all support services and business office operations for the developmental center. This position provides leadership and oversight of Fiscal Services Dietary/Food Service Maintenance and Special Projects. The Administrator ensures compliance with state and federal requirements promotes efficiency in operations and safeguards fiscal accountability through separation of duties checks and balances and strong internal controls.
