Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers with questions/issues
- Guide guests to the appropriate products based on their needs
- Keep a neat and clean workstation
- Assist with other duties of Guest Services as requested
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
- Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to be cross trained with the Guest Services position
Hours:
- Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
- Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability
Pay: $15.50/Hr.
