We are now looking for a SICS Senior Business Analyst to join our Insurance Industry Organization.
Daily challenges
Take responsibility of assigned tasks be engaged with clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
Gather requirements via interviews and workshop facilitation.
Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance assisting teams in resolving complex business and technical challenges.
Conduct data analysis validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of reinsurance transactions and reporting.
Plan and execute application testing to determine accuracy and adequacy of new and modified product features.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements workflows and training materials.
Provide training and remote support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of reinsurance systems and processes.
eXperience and skills required
Degree in Business Finance Insurance or a related field.
7 years of experience as IT Business Analyst.
Good knowledge in BI Tools (MS Power BI SAP BusinessObjects etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis including process mapping requirements gathering and testing.
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
Experience of working within reinsurance or insurance relational databases Oracle MS SQL Server PostgreSQL software testing and quality management.
