Job Summary

My Place Hotel is looking for a qualified candidate who would like to be an instrumental part of our ongoing mission to provide friendly guest service to our valued guests. We actively seek persons who are friendly have great communication skills both in person and on the phone and know how to go the extra mile in ensuring guest service is an absolute priority thats accomplished at every opportunity. Dependability and remaining coachable are important attributes that we are looking for.

We are currently looking to add a team member to our already great staff in the positions of Guest Services (Front Desk).

Please Note:

Full or Part Time 3pm-11pm

Duties include;

Checking guests in/out via computer/reservation system.
Accepting/encouraging reservations via phone and in person.
Managing in-house inventory upcoming reservations special requests.
Actively play a role in hotel sales/amenities to ensure guest awareness.
Assist with public space cleanliness (i.e.; lobby common areas etc.)
Assist with folding and organizing house laundry (sheets towels etc.)
Performing security walks throughout shift.
Standing for extended periods of time as you assist with front desk duties public area cleaning and folding guest laundry.
