Your Mission

You are the driving force behind making Ivy work for our customers. You own the post-sales customer journey solving real problems at the intersection of product engineering operations and commercial: Building bonds with our customers teams guiding them through the integration of our API hand-holding them around their golive and ensure their success once live - all within your scope.

  • Bond. You build real partnerships with customers. You understand their goals anticipate their needs and translate complexity into value. Youre the person they call first. You help customers get more out of Ivy: adopting new features scaling volume and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Solve. You unlock revenue by removing friction. Whether its debugging a live issue streamlining internal operations or patching process gaps youre in the trenches making things work. You dont slap tickets on problems - you fix root causes and build repeatable solutions.

  • Analyse. You unpack whats really going on: Whats working Whats at risk Where can we grow You build the internal playbooks metrics and operating model that scale customer growth beyond individual actions. You help the business make decisions with data not gut feel.

This is a role for someone who loves making things work - technically operationally and commercially. You make Ivy indispensable to our customers

About You

  • Youre a problem solver with bias for action: You see challenges as puzzles to solve not roadblocks. You create systems and automate processes instead of adding manual processes; and dont wait for permission to get things done.

  • Youre scrappy and get things done: You find creative ways to deliver results with whatever resources you have. No task is too small no problem too complex.

  • You have technical understanding: You can dive deep into APIs integration challenges and payment flows. You speak both business and technical languages fluently.

  • Youre a relationship builder: You leave every merchant interaction feeling like they gained significant value. Both technical teams and C-suite executives trust your judgment.

  • You care deeply: You pour yourself into your work and take pride in delivering excellence. When merchants need you you show up.

  • You move with urgency: You turn weeks into days and hours into minutes. You understand that in payments speed isnt just nice to have its everything.

  • Youre versatile: Integration lead customer success technical support automation builder. You wear many hats and excel at all of them.

  • Youre Berlin-based: Youre already in Berlin or ready to relocate: this is an in-person role with no remote or hybrid options.
