Job Summary
Support supply chain function delivering standard and customized transportation service within corresponding regions (APAC) includes fundamental data collection analysis conduct deviation correctness action taken KPI monitoring as well as project roll out and cost control/reduction so as to realizing the excellent supply chain service. Provide overview on business and highlight key areas for attention and improvement.
What you will do
- Be accountable for transportation affairs of Distribution Center Asia.
- Daily management with the inbound & outbound shipments.
- Handling inbound & outbound related issues include origin and overseas destination e.g. urgent delivery blocked during transportation delay case etc.
- KPI reports prepare monthly reports coordinate in case of improvement ideas find and eliminate cost booking anomalies (freight WH cost bookings)
- Cost management / reduction
- Initiative or involved in projects/improvement data analysis finding opportunities and providing Logistic knowledge to related departments
- Performance review of logistics operation to ensure the China and Global compliance
- Inter-regional working with Great China Southeast Asia Oceania and East Asia market towards parts distribution transportation arrangements. Meanwhile keep closely connection with central logistics counterpart.
- Support local implementation of global/cluster logistics improvement processes.
- Draw up new delivery flow and follow up with necessarily timely update.
We believe you have
- Above 3 years work experience at logistics operation
- Excellent oral & written English need to attend global wide con call frequently.
- Experience with SAP operation and be good at Microsoft office software
- Mature & good communication skills
- Well-organized highly motivated and reliable
- Good team player
- Extrovert character
- Power Automate Power BI Python and project management experience will be preferred.
