Beaconhills College are seeking a Deputy Head of Senior School (9-12) to join us at our Pakenham Campus in 2026.

- This is a full time ongoing positionwhich includes a teaching load
- This role comes with an allowance of $10696 per annum (included in advertised salary) and includes 18 periods of time release per cycle
- This position requires a current VIT registration
Deputy Head of Senior School
- Deputise for Head of Senior School when required
- Oversight of the learning and wellbeing of students in the Section.
- Organise and facilitate Section assemblies
- Communicate information to staff
- Collaborate with the Head of Section to provide oversight of the operations and planning for the Section.
- Oversight of the tracking process of the students in the section
- Development and oversight of the House Program for the Section
- Coordinate smooth transition for students as they move through sections and post Year 12.
- Facilitate the student leadership programs within the section such as the Student Council
