Position Summary:
- Build strong relationships with associates fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Lead team trainings and maintain engagement through continuous development opportunities
- Maintain a regular presence in daily operations to ensure service excellence and brand standards are consistently achieved
- Drive team performance to achieve BSC goals and business targets
- Oversee restaurant in-room dining and minibar operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Review staff rosters and monitor productivity to optimise service delivery
- Manage reservation systems guest correspondence and resolve enquiries or complaints with professionalism and care
- Support the F&B Manager with planning and executing promotions events and initiatives
- Step in operationally to support various roles within the venue as required
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests associates and stakeholders
About You:
- Previous experience in food and beverage leadership preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations reservation systems and service standards
- Proactive adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results
