Role SAPEAM Lead
Location: Brisbane Australia
Salary:AUD150742 - 171215 (Total Gross)

Job Summary: The SAP EAM lead is responsible for the overall design and architecture of SAP EAM solutions and managing the day-to-day execution of the SAP EAM implementation project ensuring that the project is delivered on time and in alignment with business objectives. This role involves coordinating project resources defining project scope tracking progress managing risks and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment of SAP EAM solution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Prepare plan for the discovery/Prepare sessions based on EAM business processes involved.
Conduct Explore sessions/workshops with client stakeholders to understand the current process current SAP system landscape and problem statement.
Analyse and prepare the list of business requirements gaps for SAP EAM/PM.
Identify clear ownership of requirements and allocate action items to each cross functional Team.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for all SAP EAM/PM communications ensuring smooth and clear communication with stakeholders.
Manage expectations resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making at all levels.
Regularly report SAP EAM/PM project progress to stakeholders addressing risks and challenges.
3. Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and manage the SAP EAM/PM team which may include internal resources external vendors and consultants.
Ensure the objects assigned to the team are delivered on time.
Communicate interdependencies across multiple team within own area drives convergence across these teams to ensure smooth functioning of the teams.
Reach out to team members in case anyone needs any assistance in understanding.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
Identify assess and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Discuss unresolved issues with the client understand stakeholder views and address the issues.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and proactively resolve any project issues that may arise.
Document and communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders ensuring timely resolution.
5. Quality Assurance:
Ensure the detailed Functional Specification document for custom objects listing out detailed SAP EAM/PM process.
Ensure the functional testing and validation for all the SAP EAM/PM objects are working as expected.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
6. Project Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive SAP EAM/PM documentation including project plans and status reports and issue logs.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management highlighting key accomplishments risks and upcoming milestones for EAM stream.
Ensure that the project is closed out effectively with all SAP EAM/PM documentation finalized lessons learned and post-implementation support in place.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 1215 years of experience in SAP EAM with 23 E2E implementation experience.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology or a related field ( Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP EAM/PM architecture and functionality as well as integration with other business systems.
Hands-on experience on external applications integration with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
Custom application development on mobility platform and Integration with SAP.
Experience with SAP Fiori SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and emerging technologies like IoT AI and machine learning in an EAM context.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Certifications:
SAP S/4HANA EAM certification or other relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
