ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator this role supports the New Zealand Telco portfolios and is responsible for the onboarding commercial compliance and management of our national supply chain. It also supports client and supply chain commercial activities such as notices variations claims and governance while contributing to continuous improvement pre-contract tendering and broader commercial initiatives.

  • Supply Chain & Commercial Support: Manage onboarding compliance and commercial engagement with subcontractors across multiple projects.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain records ensure regulatory compliance and support governance reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Prepare and monitor notices variations and claims; assist in resolving disputes and managing risks.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of commercial processes tools and templates; support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and maintain documentation.

This is a hybrid role based at our head office in Karangahape road Auckland CBD

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualification in Law Engineering Quantity Surveying or similar is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in contracts or commercial roles.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain within a large infrastructure organisation is highly valued.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Excel SharePoint etc
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented collaborative and commercially minded.
