As a Manufacturing Specialist - Production QA you will be the focal point for all QA/QMS assessment for BH Changzhou business. You will create edit and review documents to be aligned with Baker Hughes global standards. Conducting qualitative risk assessments root cause analysis and providing corrective actions.
As a Manufacturing Specialist - Production QA you will be responsible for:
Performing QMS related works daily.
Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Taking lead of Internal/External QMS audit.
Supporting internal/external quality issues root cause dig out and CLCA.
Seeking to resolve issues and escalating to the Quality and Project teams where required.
Driving internal quality improvement project based on the key performance matrix.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor majoring in science or engineering.
Have 3 years experience in a Quality or coordination role.
Have good QMS procedures knowledge. ISO9001 certified auditor.
Be familiar with QA analysis tools and use the tools to solve problems.
Have English oral and written communication skills.
Have the ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills.
