Job Description
Job Summary
Focuses on specifying designing procuring maintaining and troubleshooting the manufacturing processes/equipments used to support the plant operations.
What you will do
- Learn and establish a solid foundation in quality systems and participate in the establishment and maintenance of the ISO quality certification system
- Understand all inspection methods for parts & machines and be able to perform all quality inspections
- Responsible product quality within Production Center improve product quality using NCR system & WCM losses bank.
- Issue claims note for supplier quality failure cooperate with SQE for supplier quality improvement.
- Perform process inspection on the machine control the manufacturing process including welding assembly wiring testing and packing and make sure self-inspection results to meet TP standard requirements.
- Optimize the equipment manufacture process by using Q matrix FMEA tools setting control points and collecting the quality data and analysis for improvement.
- Lead or participate in the resolution and implementation of Technical Issue which comes from customer site in promoting quality-related continuous improvement.
- Participate in personnel management or project management work
We believe you have
- Masters degree in engineering-related majors such as Quality Materials Welding Food Machinery Industrial Engineering etc.
- CET-6 or above with good English/Mandarin proficiency and proficient in computer office skills.
- Enjoy problem-solving have internal motivation for self-improvement and possess quick learning ability.
- Result-oriented with the ability to analyze problems and a willingness to delve into technical issues.
- Motivated & passionate about applying theories to practice and willing to try.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a team.
- Proactive and strong logical thinking ability.
- Good data sensitivity and strong data analysis skills.
