Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts in trucking property & casualty manufacturing and construction insurance. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage day-to-day client requests renewals endorsements and certificates.
Support producers and executives with quoting proposals and account set-up.
Maintain client data in Momentum (AMS) and Go High Level/Salesforce (CRM).
Ensure timely delivery of insurance documentation contracts and compliance requirements.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Qualifications:
2 years insurance experience (preferred in trucking or commercial P&C).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience with AMS/CRM systems (Momentum Salesforce Go High Level a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Zoom Phone/RingCentral.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Coachable trustworthy and eager to grow with the company.
