The E&C Asia Process Risk Manager has the duty to:
General -
Provide the work processes environment and tools as recommended by the Senior PRM as well as training and development plans for the PRMRs to enable the implementation of Air Liquide Engineering & Construction PRM Management Systems in order that the corresponding company and project targets are met.
Plan and manage the annual PRM/PRMR function budget and workload
Develop and implement PRM policies procedures and standards that are integrated in E&C Asia Management System and consistent with Air Liquide Global Engineering & Construction and Air Liquide IMS standards.
Project Related -
Allocation of capital project work tasks to the Team including
i. priority setting
ii. Ensuring task delegation is to suitably trained personnel
iii. The balance of skills and experience within the team remains sustainable for the long term future and direction of the business
Company Related -
Support implementation of HSES-PRM related IMS Procedures especially relevant Group Procedures Group Design Safety Rules and Group Technical Standards
Ensure overall PRM Management in E&C Asia
Benchmark with other AL and E&C PRM activities in order to define and implement best practices (continuous improvement)
Continuous improvement of the PRM Skills and knowledge base within E&C Asia via e.g training documentation archives codes standards procedures guidelines and templates.
Support IMS and Third Party Audits in the center
Promotion of Process Safety awareness
Education & Discipline: Master degree or PhD of Engineering (process chemical or mechanical) or related field (process safety)
Language: Fluent English. (Chinese French are an additional advantage)
Mastering level of experience in a similar industrial environment ideally EPC industry or chemical production. Sound technical knowledge of the typical process risks related to the Centers products services and technologies understanding of E&C key business processes procedures systems and tools. Sound knowledge of process risk analysis tools (in- and external). Sound understanding of AL IMS

PRMR (Process Risk Management Representative) Trainings
Other Qualification or pre-requisites required by AL Group IMS

Knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel and VBA
