Job Summary

The UAI SOLUTIONS Group provides market-leading local and cross-border debt collection services for municipalities (local governments) and private companies in the area of traffic-related fees and administrative charges throughout Europe.

Over the past years we have developed into one of the leading specialists in identifying international vehicle owners and collecting unpaid fees.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a System Engineer IT Infrastructure (m/f/d).

Tasks

Installation implementation and troubleshooting of network infrastructures (LAN WAN WLAN firewalls)
Participation in projects and partial project management in the fields of IT infrastructure networks and IT security
Management and further development of our Microsoft 365 tenant
Administration of mobile devices via Microsoft Endpoint (Intune)
Administration of Active Directory DNS DHCP file servers as well as Windows and Linux servers
Analysis and handling of 2nd-level support requests (remote and on-site)
Support of 1st-level support by building and maintaining an internal knowledge base
Collaboration with external IT service providers especially in the area of Azure VM and Azure Virtual Desktop
Supporting our employees with IT-related inquiries

Requirements

Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in IT and IT architecture
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and network topologies
Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory Azure Microsoft Endpoint Entra ID and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of German English and Hungarian (at least B2 level)
Structured and solution-oriented working style team spirit and sense of responsibility
Knowledge of PowerShell
Experience and knowledge in project management
Desirable: experience with Linux
