Job Description
Supporting the Product Management team in various reporting activities
Preparing Portfolio reports and communicate with Portfolio or Product managers in case of queries
Downloading financials from Yardi and updating NOI and CAPEX reports
Sending NAV Statements Capital Calls and Distributions notices to Investors through Intralinks
Support the team on Real connect tasks and Investran uploads
Rent Roll understanding and analysis
Upload Budget in Yardi and reconciling with Yardi
Support the team in Real connect
