Job Duties:
initiatives in OCDD waiver programs. The coordinator collaborates with statewide waiver program managers to identify training needs for various stakeholders and to provide technical assistance to support coordinators involved in transition initiatives.
Rebalancing Demonstration and other initiatives crucial to the transition of adults from ICFs/IID.
annual budget narratives monthly activity reports quarterly reports and surveys.
