Location: Tampa FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support across various channels including phone email and live chat. Your primary focus will be to understand customer inquiries address their needs and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns were addressed satisfactorily and they are fully supported.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for service improvements.
  • Stay updated on product information company policies and industry trends to provide accurate insights to customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Customer Service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in stressful situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
