We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FP&A PMO Leader to spearhead the Project Management Office within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for Latin America. This leadership role is pivotal in driving process improvements fostering automation and leading transformation initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with regional and local FP&A teams business stakeholders operations technology and other key areas to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
This position will be based in Bogota - Colombia and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and oversee the FP&A PMO function for Latin America managing a team of two specialists focused on transformation and automation activities.
- Collaborate with regional and local FP&A teams to identify opportunities for process optimization automation and digital transformation.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of initiatives.
- Partner with leadership within the regional FP&A organization to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as business units operations technology and support functions to drive project execution and change management. Ensure alignment by understanding the role of FP&A in the process to improve existing capabilities
- Monitor and report on project progress risks and benefits ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement innovation and automation within the FP&A region.
- Drive the adoption of new tools systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Support the training and development of team members and stakeholders involved in transformation initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management PMO leadership or transformation roles within finance or FP&A functions.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes financial systems and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Latin America or multicultural environments is a plus.
- PMP PgMP or similar project management certification is desirable.
