Job Description
Main Tasks
1Responsible for the software architecture design in various projects
2Responsible for selection of technology stack / solution and feasibility
evaluation and validation
3Responsible for the components / modules design and implementation
4Responsible for the critical / challenging technical issue solving
5Responsible for integratability extensibility maintainability
test-ability deployment strategy of software product/solution
6Drive team to improve the best practices e.g. software design code
review bug fixing
7Responsible for technical alignment among R&D teams and sites
8Work with team to continuously evolve the technical stack
9Be a core part of Scrum team(s)
Requirements
Education
1Bachelors degree or above in computer science software engineering
mathematics or similar
Key Experience and Skill Requirements
Must
1Minimal 8 years working experience in software products / solutions design
and development
2Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and excellent
communication skills
3Proven project experience with software architecture design (web / mobile / cloud native solutions etc.)
4Proficiency in Microsoft technology stack (.NET 6/8 Core Azure etc.)
5Proficiency in at least one of the mainstream UI frameworks on desktop
mobile or web
6Solid experience with at least one of mainstream SQL databases and
other databases (No-SQL / In-Memory DB etc.)
7Solid experience with SSO OIDC and OAuth 2.0 etc.
8Strong skills in trouble shooting and problem solving
Should
1Experience with Angular WPF iOS or Android native development
2Experience with image processing computer vision machine learning
3Solid experience with Scrum methodology & tool chain
4Experience with international team setup
