Job Description
We are seeking for
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with research into innovative teaching practices and compiling best-practice examples.
- Helping develop tools frameworks and policies that promote effective and inclusive teaching.
- Creating and editing learning materials including online content informational videos and guides.
- Assisting with cross-campus and international teaching projects (e.g. Collaborative Online International Learning).
- Supporting the design and delivery of workshops events and training for faculty and students.
- Collecting and organizing feedback from students and faculty to inform continuous improvement.
Your qualifications
- Current enrollment in a bachelors or masters program at KLU or another university.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Moodle video editing tools or learning tools is a plus.
- Interest in higher education teaching innovation and/or instructional design.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- A collaborative proactive and solution-oriented approach.
