This Position reports to:
Global Intellectual Property LeadAt ABB we help important industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for IP strategy development and implementation with business
- Work closely with business to harvest and protect IP assets and manage its lifecycle
- Work together with business to mitigate and manage IP risk provide IP legal advice and guidance on software IOT and innovation matters involving contracts JDA NDA strategic alliances etc.
- In charge of all IP legal work including manage IP dispute IP transaction etc.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelors degree or above major in Engineering Math Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as IP attorney and preferably extensive experience working in MNCs
- Must be flexible self-driven and possess a positive outlook with an innovative and creative spirit.
- Customer oriented and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Required Member of China Patent Bar
- Preferred Masters (Business or equivalent)
- Preferred member of China Legal Bar
