Location
This role is open with flexible location preferred locations are in Czech Republic Poland Bulgaria. The work model is hybrid. #LI-hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal counsel and ensure compliance with laws regulations and ethical standards.
Support ELSP factories in Germany and Switzerland with legal advice and contract management.
Review and negotiate commercial and digital agreements and oversee risk management.
Monitor legal affairs including litigation and reporting and participate in strategic business discussions.
Ensure good corporate governance through legal structuring and documentation.
Support M&A activities including due diligence acquisitions divestments and integration.
Lead integration of acquired businesses within the EL Business Area globally for Legal & Integrity.
Qualifications
Master of Law admitted to the bar
Qualified to provide legal advice in Germany with experience in German legal frameworks and regulations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in legal counseling including M&A and due diligence.
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
Based in Central Europe with ability to support both local and global teams.
Strong skills in project management risk management and communication.
