Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate to support our Account Management team. This role is key to ensuring seamless communication and coordination between customers production and internal teams. You will assist the Account Manager in day-to-day administrative duties learn and manage new administrative systems and help guarantee that customer orders and production timelines are executed smoothly.

This role is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about starting a career within the fashion industry particularly in a behind-the-scenes operational and account management capacity. It offers excellent exposure to the inner workings of a successful fashion and apparel business with hands-on experience in production coordination and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Manager with daily administrative tasks including scheduling correspondence and documentation.
• Learn and master new administrative and account management tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams to monitor the progress of customer orders and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts orders and production schedules.
• Support communication between customers and internal teams addressing queries and escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare reports order summaries and status updates for account management and clients.
• Assist in organising meetings presentations and travel arrangements for the account management team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all account-related processes.
• Look after critical project paths to ensure timely delivery and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Manage samples including coordination tracking and quality control.
• Support on review and analysis of fit comments to improve product fit and quality.
• Assist with competitive shopping (comp shopping) reports to benchmark products and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or equivalent ideally with a degree in Fashion Business Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferably in fashion apparel or a related field is a plus but not essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the fashion industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable with digital communication platforms.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in fashion and apparel production processes.
