Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic this role you will be the frontline representative of our company responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed
- Assist with order processing tracking and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to management
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
