Sr Product & Partnerships Manager

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Sr Product & Partnerships Manager to act as the primary point of contact with external game partners/vendors managing the overall performance of the portfolio including ensuring that mutual obligations promotional opportunities and commercial agreements come together to support the mandate of the iCasino portfolio. Through an agile team-based methodology the role will be accountable for managing ongoing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders and advocates on behalf of OLG to improve both customer and vendor experience.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the VP iCasino & iLottery Product you will be empowered to:

Partner closely with game partners to influence support for player and revenue growth opportunities for OLG focusing on striking mutually beneficial agreements on initiatives that range from marketing pool funds exclusivity rights through to bespoke products and anything in between.

Partner with Digital Analytics and game partners / vendors to manage product based performance insights and recommendations to drive a balanced and optimal product portfolio.

Work with partners to identify and understand new product and marketing opportunities determining feasibility and revenue impacts.

Business focused oversight of all partner relationships to ensure iCasino OKRs are supported while ensuring commercial agreements are adhered to Identifies any potential issues and risks and provides recommendations for remediation in order to continue to drive and build successful OLG-partner relationship

Advocates on behalf of partners and interfaces with the iCasino teams to rectify any performance or service challenges experienced by partners to improve customer and partner experience.

Supports maintaining/monitoring the long-term relationships with operators in order to provide additional OLG value and services

Supports the understanding of all aspects of the clients business and the competitive business environment to keep up to market trends to further develop a trusted relationship

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work Experience: 5 to 7 years in Product & Portfolio Development or Partner Management capacity

Education: Degree in business / related field or equivalent on the job experience

Critical Skills: Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling story Sufficient authority to make real-time decisions Ability to influence a diverse group of SMEs and key stakeholders; strong leadership skills Able to let go of authority where needed allowing team to thrive Ability to negotiate and influence effectively while being open to perspectives and maintaining strong relationships Strong strategic and critical thinker with ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative solutions Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
