Job Description

Maersk Training Houston is seeking experienced consultants to deliver MPD and Well Control trainings. Are you an expert instructor looking for flexible opportunities with the potential for long-term collaboration

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver IADC MPD courses according to IADC requirements.

  • Deliver IWCF and IADC Well Control courses.

  • Ensure training sessions are professionally prepared and executed to Maersk Training and industry standards.

  • Support accreditation compliance and contribute to the development of new material and practical scenarios.

  • Collaborate with our team to maintain high-quality training delivery and client satisfaction.

We are looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of drilling industry experience including at least 2 years of proven MPD operational or supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrated capability to deliver IADC MPD Course.

  • Approved instructor by IWCF/IADC if required to deliver IWCF/IADC courses.

  • Accredited assessor by IWCF if required to perform IWCF Practical Assessments.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages (Portuguese/Spanish) are an advantage.

  • Strong communication instructional and client-facing skills.

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally if required.

  • Engagement as consultant/contractor with possibility of future employment.
