What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat email and phone to users.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the platform offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on the platforms features and help them get the most out of their websites.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Your qualifications
- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have experience in customer service tech support or a similar role is a plus
- Have strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Are tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
- Having experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
