Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone email or chat.
- Provide accurate information solve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to achieve quality goals.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in every interaction.
Requirements
- Native/Fluent Dutch (C2 level).
- Good English skills (B2 level).
- No previous experience needed training provided!
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1300 - 1500 gross/month 14 months.
- Monthly Performance Bonus: up to 10%.
- Relocation Package (for candidates outside Athens):
- Flight ticket (within the EU).
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation.
- Airport pickup.
- Real estate agency fee covered to help you find permanent housing.
Work From Home Information
