Position: Sales Manager
Location: Barcelona Spain (secondary location Amsterdam)
Employment type: Full-time
Work model: on site
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospects through calls email and professional networks.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Build manage and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve shared business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and verbal.
- 25 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Must have proven experience within UK markets as sales manager or in a senior sales role.
- Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Ability to establish rapport build trust and foster strong client relationships.
