Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands

As a Production Associate I for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY you will have the opportunity to assemble Access Control Products in a Clean and Safe Work Environment. Reporting to theDirector of Production/Manufacturing you will be responsible for building testing and packaging all assembled products for finished goods inventory.

What you will do

• Follow standardized best practices for completing builds and testing
• Follow safe work procedures and policies designated for all work areas
• Identify and report unsafe practices or injuries to the Supervisor or Director immediately
• Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean safe and organized
• Complete all builds within designed time frames per product
• Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines
• Meet or exceed all quality standards for each product and complete quality records as required
• Perform supervised quality inspections per Product requirements
• Assist in analyzing root causes of nonconformances
• Strive to reduce expenses eliminate waste and increase productivity across all product lines

What we expect of you

• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing operations environment
• GED or High School Diploma
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at times
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• You will need to be in or near Kennesaw GA for your daily commute
