The BJC Medical Group Sullivan Clinic is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join an established collaborative team at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to patients in outpatient clinics and inpatient settings.
• Manage a diverse patient panel with various womens health issues including prenatal and postnatal care gynecological surgeries and preventative care.
• Conduct regular inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate care to ensure continuity for hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient-centered care.
• Utilize advanced procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound colposcopy and urodynamics.
• Participate in a shared call schedule for after-hours support.
• Document all medical histories exams and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly.
• Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures maintaining a state of alertness due to the nature of the role.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to help maintain high healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• MO License (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB/GYN (2-5 years preferred).
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
• Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.

License & Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certification.
• CSR/CDS certification.
• Visa support available for J1 candidates.
