Flexibility: home working available 2-3 days per week.
Salary:Circa 29K per annum (Dependent on experience)
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
Interviews expected: Late September 2025
1st stage interview will be a short screening call lasting around 20 minutes with the hiring manager via MS teams
2nd stage interview will be a formal interview in our Glasgow office and will include a short exercise (details TBC) and then Q&A interview lasting around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
In the event of a highly competitive process we may also invite candidates back for a final informal chat with a senior colleague in the marketing team directorate.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same! Youll help craft and deliver exciting campaigns to grow our membership boost brand awareness and achieve big goals. Whether its updating the website running email campaigns managing social media coordinating events or creating brilliant content youll be at the heart of it all.
Were looking for someone with great attention to detail fresh thinking and a knack for using data to drive results. If youre ready to roll up your sleeves learn fast and thrive in a dynamic team this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What you will bring
Desirable experience:
Marketing experience:Previous experience in marketing with knowledge of digital and social media marketing being an advantage.
Digital tools:Familiarity with tools like email platforms CMS systems (e.g. Sitecore) analytics and social media platforms.
Design skills:Experience using design tools such as Adobe or Canva.
Data-driven:Ability to understand and use data insights to inform decisions.
Microsoft Office proficiency:Skilled in using Excel Word and PowerPoint.
