Whats the role

Were looking for a Manager Customer Experience & Content to shape and deliver insight-led content that positions Westpac Commercial Bank and our bankers as industry this role youll transform research banker insights and market trends into high-impact content strategies amplified across internal and external channels. Your work will directly support customer engagement NPS uplift and our ambition to be Australias #1 Business Bank.

What do I need

  • Proven experience in content or communications ideally within financial services
  • Skilled in developing engaging content across formats (e.g. reports video infographics)
  • Strong research and analytical skills to uncover content opportunities
  • Confident briefing agencies and managing end-to-end content delivery
  • Excellent communication planning and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for creating relevant content that drives real customer impact
