Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project. This role will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls.
This role reports to the GBS Global Controller and is based in Buenos Aires.
What you will do:
Oversee One Ecolab accounting forecasting and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures
Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls
Develop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders
Support GBS controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materials
Supervise and develop two analysts
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis
Advanced in Excel (including vlookups pivot tables building and maintaining models)
Demonstrated ability in variance analysis reconciliations month-end and forecasting
Ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications:
Strong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP)
Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholders
Supervisor experience preferred but not required
Potential to grow beyond the current role
