Job Description
Hyspeco is looking for a vibrant employee to join our Kansas City ParkerStore and join our growing company!
We are a 100% ESOP company that allows employees an opportunity to own shares of the company simply by coming to work and doing their best!
We are looking to hire a positive and professional ParkerStore this role youll be our customers first point of contact. Our walk-in store helps customers solve their shortages to allow their company to excel. We would love for you to apply today!
Compensation: $43000 - $48000 yearly commission
- Provides timely and accurate information on incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies
- Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspecos quality procedures/processes
