For our Service Team we are looking for:

Field Service Technician (m/f/x)
Industrial Metrology
Region: Plovdiv

Responsibilities:

• independently perform installations maintenance repairs and relocations of our high-precision
  coordinate measuring machines and IQS portfolio

• conduct precision measurements and accuracy tests using the most advanced measurement tools

• successfully implement modernizations and modifications to our existing fleet of devices

• develop and implement effective technical solutions for complex customer requirements

• provide professional initial instruction to our customers on the functionality and operation of the devices to ensure a smooth start

Profil

• solid technical education in mechatronics electrical engineering electronics precision engineering or a comparable qualification (university degree is not mandatory)

• ideally initial professional experience in technical field service

• strong communication skills and a professional customer-oriented demeanor

• structured analytical and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to efficiently solve complex problems

• high customer orientation and willingness to work flexible hours

• willingness to travel (100% Monday to Friday) is essential for this role this includes potential overnight stays in the country

• openness to travel abroad for training and service jobs within SEE region

• good command of English both written and spoken
