Position Summary

The Associate Asset Management role will be responsible for supporting the Asset Management team in managing long term performance and profitability of Amps RNG assets. The focus of this role will performance reporting data analysis and process improvements with further opportunities to support the Asset Managers on relationship management economic evaluations and capital projects development. The Associate Asset Management will work cross-functionally with Operations Engineering HSE Finance and other Support Center teams in order to help with various asset improvement initiatives. This position may also be assigned to other responsibilities consistent with the business needs of Amp and over time may take on certain responsibilities of the Asset Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver asset performance reporting (daily weekly monthly) to deliver provide business insights to management and broader support teams
  • Assist Asset Managers in building out production and OpEx budgets and performing variance analysis to budget
  • Provide regular review and adjustments on key Environmental Credit compliance data. Work closely with Asset Managers to deliver accurate and timely outputs to Marketing team
  • Perform asset performance and financial data analyses as needed for various site initiatives or capital improvements
  • Manage and make improvements to data reporting tools (PowerBI Excel tools Snowflake) in order to streamline critical business and Compliance reporting
  • Work with onsite operations teams to develop data tools to improve operational awareness and response to issues
  • Support team with other asset management duties including but not limited to: contract management relationship management economic evaluations support team coordination capital projects development

Required Skills / Abilities / Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay messages across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong quantitative aptitude to develop clarity from large volumes of data
  • Passion for impact-oriented business sustainable agriculture and the energy transition
  • Bachelors or graduate degree in quantitative discipline from competitive university
  • Major in economics finance engineering math or a science discipline
  • 1-3 years in operations or operations support function within a manufacturing industry
  • Distinctive problem-solving ability
  • Distinctive poise and credibility for tenure
  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels of the organization
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenging circumstances
  • Flexibility intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to win
  • Experience with Data Management and Visualization (PowerBI SQL Snowflake)
