Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to join our commercial construction team in Dallas. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take the next step in their career working alongside experienced Superintendents to gain hands-on leadership experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site operations.
Assist in coordinating subcontractors suppliers and field staff to maintain project schedules.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Perform quality control checks and document field activities.
Review plans specifications and schedules to help ensure accuracy and adherence to project goals.
Conduct field reporting maintain daily logs and assist with progress meetings.
Serve as a liaison between field operations and the project management team.
Qualifications:
2 years of construction field experience (internship or entry-level roles included).
Strong interest in progressing toward a Superintendent role.
Ability to read and understand blueprints schedules and specifications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with construction software (Procore Bluebeam or similar) a plus.
OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
