As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for supporting development and execution of customer projects through individual and teamwork.
As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing objectives for self and others and to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
- Have a fundamental understanding of gear design and knowledge of products/applications upstream and downstream of the engineering department.
- Working with sales to determine correct project applications
- Setting schedules and assigning work for the team
- Supporting customers with problem solving
- Advising other engineers with engineering related questions approving designs supporting the shop with troubleshooting issues and supporting business related initiatives such as cost-out lean and HSE.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
- Have up to 5 years experience working in a design engineering environment.
- Have 4 years experience working with Gears.
