Minimum Qualifications
The PC Analyst/ Deputy Clerk (Grade 9) is assigned operational responsibilities for all areas in the clerks office. This position will configure and troubleshoot PC software and hardware perform assistance to users and train users. You must also be committed to providing excellent customer service to a diverse population enjoy working in a fast-paced office with tight deadlines in a results-oriented teamwork environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs Deputy Clerk position duties including preparing detailed court documents in accordance with established guidelines automated case management system data entry scheduling matters for court preparing correspondence filing court documents daily docket preparation and attending court sessions. Additional responsibilities include answering phones assisting customers at the counter accessing fines and costs and receipting payments. Assists court employees with the routine use of all data systems train court employees in the proper use of the PC ensures security procedures are followed responds to user needs regarding down time and maintenance manages inventory of all hardware software and supplies and notifies computer room of needed repairs. Troubleshoots network and equipment problems.

Must be able to multitask and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
