Job Description
Role: Childrens Residential Support Worker (Bank)
Contract: Contract
Salary: 13.85 to 17.31 plus sleeps
Location: Whitehaven
Note: No sponsorship for this job.
What Youll Do:
- Provide compassionate care for children with emotional social or behavioural challenges.
- Support personal growth through activities education and tailored care.
- Work flexible shifts including day night and sleep-ins to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Be a positive role model empowering children to shape their own future.
What Were Looking For
- Essential: A willingness to learn grow and complete necessary qualifications.
- Essential: A full UK manual driving licence.
