Job Description
As a Business Architect you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments identifying high-level customer requirements defining business solutions and structures and developing a business case to achieve the vision. You will be instrumental in driving strategic business decisions and shaping the future direction of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements- Ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Grants- Strong understanding of business process analysis- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have 8 Years of Business Analyst Experience on Project Costing / Grants Modules- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required
